About the Author
Dr. Robert J. Landy, Ph.D., has spent more than five years interviewing children from around the world for this book. He is Professor of Drama Therapy and Educational Theatre at New York University, where he founded the Drama Therapy Program. Landy has published more than fifty articles, five books, and one play. Landy and his wife, Katherine, live in Croton, New York, with their two children, Mackey and Georgie, who were the inspirations and guides for this project.

A comprehensive work which explains nearly every use of educational drama and theatre: who can benefit from it, how they benefit, and examples of these uses. The author references the work of many of the leaders in the field, with interviews and observations of them. It is mostly theoretical and anecdotal.
