Make sense of all that weird stuff in your head

This book is a must have. It's an accessible no nonsense guide to growing and developing mental/psychologically. Hands down the most useful thing in this book is the breakdown of the different dysfunctions and relationship dynamics. It is clear, concise, and full of good examples. That "co-dependent" thing people are always talking about, yeah this book breaks it down and shows you ways out of it. Ever been in a crazy relationship, midlife crisis, you're a confused kid(teen) wondering what all these funny feelings are, heck even a quarterlife crisis, this is the book for you.
